Do you do wet or dry carpet cleaning?
We only provide steam cleaning, which is the process recommended by major carpet manufacturers because it has the best capacity for cleaning dust, pollen, and for removing sticky or oily soil from cooking, eating, foot traffic, pets, smoking, and general spills that create faint odors.

Will my carpet stay wet for two days?
No. With our professional steam cleaning process your carpet will get dry within 3 to 4 hours – 6 to 8 hours to dry when Deep Special Treatment is applied to heavily soiled areas.

What is your price per room?
Our price is customized. We only provide the highest quality cleaning services, therefore our price is based on your carpet conditions. We gather information over the phone and give you a minimum and a maximum price.

Do you have a maintenance carpet cleaning plan?
Yes. When you pay for the Deep Special Treatment and for the Scotch Guard Protector and then after that you use our carpet cleaning services at least every six months or sooner, you will pay for the Scotch Guard Protector only.
